The new BMW R nineT Racer and R nineT Pure: a genuine sense of roadster and athletic dynamics based on a classic concept.

Motivated by the positive results, the BMW Motorrad team presents the next steps in the development of this classic line: R nineT Racer and R nienT Pure. Two exciting new products from the BMW Motorrad Heritage Line, one of the classic Roadster reduced to basic components and design, and the other – with a partially closed front, in the style of racing bikes at one time. Two concepts that are extremely popular in the 1960s and 1970s and continue to inspire motorcycle enthusiasts to this day.
Modular frame with possibility for modifications.
R nineT Racer and R nineT Pure utilize the R nineT Scrambler-type frame structure, consisting of a front main frame, a rear frame and a removable passenger frame. The latter allows different changes to the character of the two BMW motorcycle bikes, according to the owner’s preferences. For example, choosing different seat options from BMW Motorrad’s original accessories range. The front suspension is made up of a conventional telescopic fork, while the BMW Paralever suspension with a central damper is running behind. Aluminum wheels are 3,5 x 17 front and 5,5 x 17 rear, complete with 120/70 ZR 17 and 180/55 ZR 17 tires. Safe braking is guaranteed by four-cylinder front and 320-mm floating discs operating with an ABS system. As an option, the ASC (Automatic Stability Control) stability system also prevents rear tire rolling. Optionally, spokes are also available, which further emphasize the classic look of the motorcycle.
R nineT Pure: a Purist Roadster delivering dynamism and pleasure.
R nineT Pure is an expression of the essence of the classic Roadster – with an authentic design, with no extras, reduced to the absolute minimum. The design is a combination of classical elements and contemporary interpretation, as well as high-quality aluminum forged parts, such as the pitch and crowns of the fork, complete with anodized finish.
The tank and front fender of the BMW R nineT Pure are painted in the Catalano Gray non-metallic. Combined with the black color of the suspension and the engine, the BMW R nineT Pure emphasizes its dynamic and classic character.
R nineT Racer: a sense of a classic sports motorcycle of the 70’s.
The BMW R nineT Racer deliberately set up associations with sport bikes since the dawn of the 1970s. Sprained, compact and elongated, with a partially closed front, mounted for the stacked handles, retractable stakes, it combines unrivaled classic sports vision with modern technology.
Lightwhite non-metallic paint combines with BMW’s past motorsports. The vision of R nineT Racer is particularly light and aesthetic. The frame is finished in Aluminum Silver, which contrasts with the black traction and highlights the desire of R nineT Racer to move along the extra-urban cruise lines.
