Villas also announced that the engine will be based on the winning 3.0-liter Twin turbo engine. According to the information, the new turbo-engine will deliver power similar to that of the standard M3, but will offer better dynamics.

M Division chief Ludwig Willisch did not specify whether the engine will be fitted with one or two turbines, but explained that the body of the new M3 will be significantly better, which will provide management of the car close to a perfectly balanced model – E30 BMW M3.

Ludwig Villas also confirmed information that the new 1 Series will not get M-variant, but will offer a dynamic model, which will give a feeling of a M
